PRIVACY NOTICE

This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) is an agreement that governs the relationship between the User (“You”,“Yours”,“Yourself”, or “Users”) and PT Pura Barutama (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), which describes how We obtain, collect, process, analyse, secure, store, control, correct, update, display, publish, transfer, disclose, and protect Your Personal Data (as defined below). This Privacy Notice applies to all Users of Our Platform and/or Features.


Acknowledgement and Consent


By accepting this Privacy Notice, You acknowledge that You have read and understood this Privacy Notice and accepted all of its terms. In particular, You acknowledge, consent, and agree that We may obtain, collect, process, and use the Personal Data and that such Personal Data shall only be used by Us or Our affiliates or third parties acting under Our direction, pursuant to this Privacy Notice.


You may withdraw Your consent to the usage or disclosure of Your Personal Data at any time by notifying Us, in writing and at any time through reasonable means and time, using the details of contact stated in Article 11 of this Privacy Notice. You may also withdraw Your consent for Us or any of Our affiliates to send certain communication and information to You, as already mentioned previously. By withdrawing Your consent, depending on the nature of which consent You withdraw, several of the Features provided under this Platform may no longer be able to be used by You. Such withdrawal might also result in the termination of Your account and contractual relationship with Us.


Upon receipt of such withdrawal notification, We will inform You the likely consequences of such withdrawal so You can decide if indeed You want to withdraw such consent.



  1. 1. Definition

    2. You, Yours, Yourself, or Users means You, an individual using Our Platform;

    Personal Data refers to any data about an individual which is identified or identifiable individually or in combination with other information either directly or indirectly through electronic or non-electronic systems;

    Feature or Features means any features that are available on Our Platform, including but not limited to the Inquiry Form and the Job Opportunities Form;.

    We, Us, or Our means Us, PT Pura Barutama, who organizes and operates the Platform and/or Features;

    Privacy Notice means this Privacy Notice;

    Data Controller means every person, public agency, and international organization that acts individually or jointly in determining purposes and exercising control over the processing of Personal Data;

    User or Users means individuals who use Our Platform;

    Applicable Laws refers to all applicable laws, policies, decisions, or provisions established by the authorities in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia;

    Platform means Our Website https://www.puragroup.com;

    Product or Products means products or solutions We offer in relation to Our business activities; and

    Data Processor means every person, public agency, and international organization that acts individually or jointly in Personal Data processing on behalf of a Data Controller.

    3. We collect Personal Data that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person or entity or device to whom that information pertains, in accordance with Applicable Laws. The types of Personal Data that We collect depends on the circumstances of collection and on the nature of the service Feature You are using.


    The Personal Data We collected are as follows:


    1. a. Full name;
    2. b. Place and date of birth;
    3. c. Gender;
    4. d. Religion;
    5. e. Height;
    6. f. Weight;
    7. g. Marital status;
    8. h. Phone number;
    9. i. Email address;
    10. j. Address;
    11. k. National Identification Number (NIK);
    12. l. Country/city of origin;
    13. m. Education history;
    14. n. Job history; and
    15. o. Technical data, which includes identification generated by the Platform/Services (user ID), internet protocol (IP) address, data of web pages You viewed, duration of every visit/session, the internet device identity (ID) or media access control address, mobile advertising ID and other device information including information regarding the manufacturer, model, and operating system of the device You use to access the Platform and/or Services and crash logs.

  3. 3. How We Collect Your Data

    1. a. Obtained when You Fill Out the Inquiry Form

      By filling out the Inquiry Form, We collect Your full name, email address, country/city of origin, and phone number.

    2. b. Obtained when You Fill Out the Job Opportunities Form

      By filling out the Job Opportunities Form, We collect Your full name, address, place and date of birth, gender, religion, height, weight, marital status, phone number, email address, National Identification Number (NIK), education history, and job history.

    3. c. Obtained whenever You Use Our Platforms and/or Features

      We collect technical data whenever You use or visit Our Platform and/or Features.

    4. d. Obtained from Our affiliates or other third parties

      We may also collect Your Personal Data from Our affiliates or other third parties (including Our affiliate or and other third parties who provide services to Us, who collect Your Personal Data and/or perform functions on Our behalf, or whom We collaborate with). In such condition, We will only collect Your Personal Data for or in connection with the purposes for which such third parties are engaged or the purposes of Our collaboration with such third parties.


  4. 4. Lawful Basis of Processing

    5. We will process Your Data based on Your consent. We require Your consent to process Your Personal Data for specific purposes and when required by Applicable Laws.


  5. 5. Purpose of Processing Your Data

    6. For Your Personal Data processed based on this Privacy Notice, We will be the Data Controller under the Applicable Laws. Under certain circumstances, We may also be the Data Processor and carry out Personal Data processing activities for and on behalf of other parties.


    We may use the Personal Data collected for any of the following purposes, as well as other purposes permitted by the Applicable Laws:


    1. a. to identify You as a User of Our Platform and/or Features;
    2. b. to fulfill Your requests for Our Products;
    3. c. to communicate with You and send You information related to Our Products, including offers and recommendations for Our Products;
    4. d. to carry out business processes and provide Our Products to you;
    5. e. to provide data and analysis so that We can further improve Our Platform and/or Features;
    6. f. to notify You of any changes made to Our Platform and/or Features, including changes made to the Privacy Notice, Terms and Conditions, and messages targeted through Our Platform and/or Features related to Your Personal Data;
    7. g. to enable Us to comply with Our obligations under the Applicable Laws; and
    8. h. for any other purposes that We notify You of and, if required by the Applicable Laws, obtain Your consent.

    1. a. We may disclose, provide access to, or share Your Personal Data with Our affiliates or other third parties for the purposes set out in Article 5 of this Privacy Notice. We will ensure that the parties receiving and processing Your Personal Data will apply the same or higher level of security and governance of Personal Data as We do.
    2. b. We may disclose and share Your Personal Data with Our affiliates or other third parties to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in Article 5 of this Privacy Notice, subject to the requirements of Applicable Law.

  7. 7. How We Secure Your Data

We will use reasonable efforts and care to ensure Your Personal Data is secure and protected against all threats, including access, collection, usage or disclosure of Your Personal Data by unauthorized parties and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, damages and other similar risks. While We constantly improve Our efforts to secure and protect Your information, You acknowledge that transmission of Your Personal Data via the internet is secure, and thus We cannot guarantee and warrant the integrity, security, and accuracy of any of Your Personal Data which is transmitted over the internet, including risks of the information will be intercepted, accessed, disclosed, altered, and/or destroyed by unauthorized parties due to factors beyond Our control.

Your Personal Data may be retained and held by Us for 3-10 years or for as long as We deemed necessary to fulfil the purpose for which such Personal Data is collected for, or for as long as such retention is required by the Applicable Laws. We may cease to retain and hold Your Personal Data or remove such Personal Data that may be associated with You as an individual or an entity, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose of the collection of such Personal Data is no longer served by the retention of the Personal Data and is no longer necessary both for business and legal purposes.


  9. 9. Your Rights Regarding Your Data

You may request to Us, access to and/or the correction of Your Personal Data under Our possession and/or control, subject to the Applicable Laws, by contacting Us through the contact details specified in Article 11 of this Privacy Notice. We reserve the right to refuse Your request to access and/or the correction of Your Personal Data, both in part and whole of Your Personal Data, as permitted under the Applicable Laws. This may include circumstances where the Personal Data may contain references to other individuals or where the request for access or request to correct is for reasons which We reasonably consider to be trivial, frivolous, or vexatious. Subject to Applicable Laws, We reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for any access and/or correction requests.

    11. This Privacy Notice is made in Indonesian and English. The Indonesian language shall be the governing language and in the event of any differences or inconsistencies between the Indonesian version and the English version, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
